A New York City native, Cole was born and raised in the heart of Greenwich Village. From a very young age, he was introduced to and surrounded by the world of real estate. A child of NYC loft pioneers and real estate gurus, Meris and Kenny Blumstein, Cole has displayed a natural transition into the business of helping others on their journey through buying, selling, and renting homes.
Cole attended the University of Delaware, graduating early with a business degree in Hospitality, spending his remaining semester participating in the opening of a wine bar in downtown Newark, DE. His passion for food and wine has allowed him to work in such prestigious restaurant landmarks as Thomas Keller’s The French Laundry in the Napa Valley, and Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill in New York City. After circumnavigating the globe for four months with a backpack, Cole settled back into the Big Apple bringing his passion for the unique, and personal process of choosing a home to The Blumstein Team.
