Born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Maddie grew up with real estate in her blood as her family owns a boutique, independent, luxury real estate firm. From the time she was little she’d visit homes with her father, give her opinion on marketing pieces to her mother, and ultimately spend summers as a teenager assisting the team with marketing, social media, proofing, ads, etc.
Fast forward as an undergrad at the University of Maryland, Maddie dipped her toe into PR in NYC when she interned there during the summers. Although she loved many aspects of planning events, working on social media, and blogging, this experience really made her realize how much she loved the culture of New York City and how much she appreciated its real estate. She also worked at Sotheby’s in Washington DC one summer where her decision to pursue a career in real estate solidified, but also where she realized NYC was the place for her. After graduating from UMD in 2020 (deep in the early stages of Covid), Maddie decided to postpone moving to NYC, get her real estate license in Florida and was offered the incredible opportunity to work with, learn from, and be mentored by the elite Koch Team of Corcoran in Palm Beach. Maddie became a seasoned real estate professional under their wing assisting in all different aspects of their incredibly high-level transactions. The vast volume of intricate deals gave concentrated experience Maddie will always be grateful for.
Working with some of the highest net worth clients in the world, Maddie thrives in every aspect of helping both buyers and sellers. Her calming and sweet personality makes the clients she works with feel comfortable and taken care of at every step of any deal.
Moving to the Blumstein team was a natural and exciting transition for Maddie as she was able to remain with Corcoran and was fortunate to be introduced to and work with another incredible family. Maddie is incredibly driven and detail oriented so that anything she handles for her clients gets taken care of with ease.
